Our Mission


  1. Assemble the DKUMC families of the congregation to worship together in Christ as one family of God with their children, which is rare in Korean churches today due to language barrier.
  2. Equip and train lay leaders to become disciples of Jesus Christ through Bible studies and leadership training programs so that they can lead others to Christ.
  3. Develop and spiritually nurture the college students and young adults through prayer meetings, campus ministry, Bible studies and fellowship.
  4. Mobilize people of God to feed the poor and the spiritually hungry in our local neighborhoods by providing food and by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
  5. Follow up through Men’s, Women’s and College/Young Adult small group meetings to be accountable for one another as a chuch, which is the body of Christ.
  6. Provide love and support for the spiritually lost, social and cultural outcasts by holding multicultural community outreach programs.
  7. Build relationship with local community through visitation and joint events to share the love of God.
